Job Profile

• Migration of clients and performs quality checks.
• Provide training to the new clients on the migrated Electronic Health Record application • Documentation • Provide excellent customer service and support to client Interface product customers • Ensure that details of migrations are documented. • Keep up to date with the latest version and changes to user specific requirements. • Provide training to clients on EHR. • Ongoing training to support process improvements and Quality Control. • Share experience and research information • Review data migrations to ensure optimal quality prior to go-live.. |
